A Roundup of Covid-19 Healthcare Workers’ Art

One thing that has become abundantly clear as the coronavirus has spread across the globe is that, in addition to healthcare workers and sanitation employees and grocery store clerks and delivery drivers, we are turning to artists in this time of great need, as well.

We’re collectively moved by Italians in quarantine singing together from their open windows. Opera and theater companies have made performances available to stream online for free. And all over social media, illustrators and graphic artists are expressing their gratitude for those of us on the front lines through paintings, drawings, and memes.

Below is a roundup of some of the images I’ve loved best. Some are inspiring. So offer hope. Some are great for a laugh during these strange, dark times. These images have all circulated widely on the Internet. If you know the artist of any of these, please let me know and I will credit them appropriately.

Stay safe.

Love, Tracy
